Truth
— in the pursuit, generation, dissemination, and application of knowledge.

Freedom — of thought and expression — and from political, economic, and societal pressures.

Respect — for the dignity of the individual; for the value of intellectual diversity, independence, and rigor; and for the principles of honesty, hard work, and cooperation.

Responsibility — as thoughtful and discerning supporters of the free enterprise system as the most effective way to promote individual freedom and human prosperity.

Excellence — in everything we do — and in everything we aspire to be — as leaders in the realm of policy thought and action.
